Nurse Office Visits

A registered nurse is available from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm by appointment. Services provided by the nurse include:
  • Blood draws per a doctor's order
  • Communicable disease assessment or follow-up
  • Ear assessments
  • Foot assessments and/or pedicures
  • HIV and sexually transmitted disease testing and education
  • Immunizations
  • Injections per a doctor's order (no allergy injections are given)
  • Medication set-up per a doctor's order
  • Physical assessment
  • Refugee assessment
  • North Dakota Cares case management

  • Suture removal per a doctor's order
  • Tuberculosis testing and management
  • Screenings and education for:
    • Blood pressure
    • Cholesterol
    • Hemoglobin
    • Blood sugar
    • Oximeter reading
    • Depression
    • Tympanogram
    • Head lice
    • Hearing and vision
    • Urine

Public Education


 Public education services are provided on topics such as:
  • Head lice
  • HIV / AIDS and Hepatitis
  • Infection control
  • Nutrition
  • Smoking cessation
  • Various health topics
