Snow Emergency Declaration Lifted - Snow Removal Update 1 pm

The Bismarck Snow Emergency Declaration has been lifted and is no longer in effect. Residential street snow plowing was completed last night. Public Works crews were able to clear all residential streets in less than 48 hours.
