Burgum declares drought emergency;State Water Commission makes aid available for livestock produces

Gov. Doug Burgum today declared a drought emergency that allows the State Water Commission to reactivate a water supply assistance program for livestock producers in 26 counties experiencing moderate to extreme drought.

Burgum orders flags flown at half-staff in honor of Fessenden man who died at Pearl Harbor
